Happy October everyone! There hasn’t been much progress lately since our we’re still waiting on approval for our watering system. As you all know, no water = no plants. So, who knew you could jam a lawn mower with mile high grass? We didn’t, but now we do! We’ve postponed our weeding and planting to next week sometime because we need to use sheers or something to get to the dirt. If anybody wants to come help just give us a head’s up and we’ll gladly welcome you! Thanks!

Hello all! sorry but no new pics this week. We have to wait to break ground to actually start digging because the tests aren’t back yet, thus the weeds have grown out a bit. It totally depends on your goal. Is your goal to sell the produce, if so then high value crops are the way to go. If your goal is to educate and feed the community then plant what is most likely to satisfy their appetite.
